Consistent masking and success or utter failure, are the only two realistic options for nd representation? What the fuck, no. If we're throwing around personal anecdotes than like, in MY experience, all nd people fall somewhere between those extremes.
Also like, while there are situations where being nd would screw you over as a character in a story, you can just like, write stories where that doesn't happen also? There are multiple types of stories and multiple ways of being neurodivergent.
