What a meaningless attempt at pretending you know what you’re talking about. You don’t actually know what I’m talking about, just like I don’t know what you are either. And that’s a very convenient assumption from you, considering you vague posted that you might know a reason why the alt-right seems to have taken over the MCU fandom, but you’re not telling. What do you think it accomplishes to say that? You don’t have to give your reasons or explain yourself. But I don’t understand why you would even say anything to begin with in that case. It could go in any direction. It doesn’t define this community, but there’s been a lot of transphobia here lately, enough that one of the causes of that discourse has been given a much needed moratorium. Someone saying something purposely vague instead of keeping their reasons to themselves without feeling the need to say anything could be considered to come from two directions in particular based on that. It could be someone alluding to the fact that the alt-right has gone into overdrive due to current right-wing attempts to paint the LGBTQ+ as groomers, but not wanting to actually say it because discussions about things like that are horrible here. I’d understand not wanting to say anything with something like that in mind. But it could be the opposite, coming from someone who thinks like the people on the right. Or it could be neither, and an entirely different reason. I couldn’t pretend to know for sure. But specifically saying that talking about it here is a waste of time sounds suspicious. Suspicious doesn’t mean bad, inherently. Just that it could possibly allude to several things that happen around here often.
