"Kiss Me" is Sixpence None the Richer's worst song hands down. I don't begrudge them the success, they deserved it, but it's a shame they couldn't score until they wrote an absolutely insipid love song for a rom-com movie. "Meaningless," "Field of Flowers," and the cover song "Bouquet" are a million ties better.

I'm going to have to check those out! I really like "Kiss Me" lol but I like their sound in general! So thanks for the recs!

np! I've been following them since their 1993 debut, though I'm not sure how easy it is to find hard copies of Fatherless & the Widow and This Beautiful Mess. they're on Spotify at least. TBM is a brilliant album, overall, very well-crafted with shifts in mood so it's not all 100% melancholy all the time.
