Weekend Plans

What is everyone doing this weekend??


I am determined to crochet something. I started a granny stripes blanket but frogged so I can redo the stripes. So, I might start that again. Or work on a bear. I don't really know yet. Other than that, video games.

I have some old books and National Geographics I need to get rid of so I am going to take a walk and put some of them in Little Free Libraries.

Catching up on sleep. I'm really exhausted. At some point tomorrow I'll go over to my sister's apartment to hang out with her cat for a couple hours.

My ipod is having issues, so I'm going to need to reformat and put all the music back on. frustrating because I'll have to redo all my playlists. But that's going to take a chunk of time this weekend.

Watching the first two episodes of season 2 of Fantasy Island.

I used to hate having to reset my electronics. Or just switching phones. I hope reformating fixes it.

Catching up on sleep, washing a small load of clothes, dealing with my period's heavier flow days (aaarrrggghhh!), hopefully reading a bit more of The Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid and How To Murder Your Life by Cat Marnell, and maybe watching a movie or two.

Still kind of recovering from MAGFest (and the ten hour drives there and back) last weekend, so it will involve a lot of lying around and playing video games (I just unlocked Dragoon in FFXIV tonight!) and trying to finish the draft of the last chapter-and-epilogue of the fic that's eaten my brain since early October.

Yeah, it's certainly a lot. But after the first one I got to check into a surprisingly awesome hotel and just adjust for about a day before a particularly fantastic con actually started... and the second one had the incentive of "my bunnies and cat are waiting for me" to keep me going.

And then ever since I got home Sunday night, I am of the opinion I never want to be in a car again. :D

It'll be rainy all weekend so I'll be stuck indoors and I wanna cook something but I'm trying to decide between Salisbury steak, chicken gumbo, and pasta bolognese
