I want AO3 to open itself up to being sued by giant corporations so that I can make money! Also, fuck anyone else that reads fic or has fanworks on the site that would risk getting completely shut down down if it did that, 'cause I want money for my fic (and my random fanfic is so good that strangers are totally gonna pay me to read them, right? That's how this works, right?)

Pretty much, yeah. They seem to be ignorant of AO3's original purpose, which was so that m/m slash fans would have a place to archive their fic that wasn't in constant danger of being TOSed because someone got their undies in a twist about "immoral" content.
