Pizza hut needs to stop discontinuing foods I love. First it was the seasoned crusts. Then it was the spicy pizzas. WHAT'S NEXT PIZZA HUT?

Offbrand Cheetos. My grocery store gets new brands of healthier alternatives to Cheetos every now and then but they keep getting discontinued.

I have half a jar left of my favorite instant coffee (Nescafe Clasico Mild) which I hadn't been able to find anywhere for a year and then suddenly Walmart had 2 jars in stock a few months ago and I immediately snapped up both. I don't know what I will drink when it's gone, it's not even the flavor so much as the way it blends into hot OR cold liquids immediately (thus I can pour a little in my Ensure and get caffeine AND nutrition).

Also Jif had a knock-off Nutella spread that came in a bunch of different flavors. The cheesecake one was okay, and I think they may still make the cookies-and-cream version, but my favorite was the mocha flavor. Much like with the coffee, when I saw it was on clearance, I bought every remaining jar. :/

Actually coffee stuff just keeps getting discontinued. The coffee Lindor truffles were the absolute best. Also really liked their seasonal holiday spice that I haven't seen for like a decade. :/

(And all brands need to stop discontinuing white grapefruit juice. I used to have several brands/sizes to choose from, now I can only get Ocean Spray in 32oz bottles in the bartending section of GFS. When it's in stock, which is rare.)

Re your coffee issue, have you tried dissolving some instant in hot water than chilling it to add to cold drinks? You could keep a cup of it in the fridge for that

There used to be these crackers that were salsa flavor. I don't know what brand they were or what their official name was, but I just called them the salsa crackers. They were thin and incredibly crisp, almost like a chip, and kind of had a stairstep shape to them. When Hercules and Xena were airing on TV, that was my Saturday night snack--a Dr Pepper and salsa crackers.

Kind of bougie, but Pret a Manger stopped selling their balsamic chicken and avocado sandwich. A year or two on, I’m still grumpy about it.

The 18-packs of frozen No Name burritos from The Superstore. Those have been helping to keep my broke, ADHD ass fed for fifteen years, and now they're gone.

I also miss sour gummy Lifesavers. I'm not sure they're discontinued, but apparently they were recalled back in mid-2022 and I haven't seen them on the shelves anywhere since, so I'm guessing they're probably not coming back.

A couple of different vegetarian cup noodles from when I was a kid; I think the "chicken" noodle one I loved is from an entire brand that doesn't exist anymore.

Also tons of Trader Joes stuff, and tons of either Costco brand stuff or stuff I'd only ever see at Costco.

And Trader Joes still sells a black bean taquito, but they must have gotten a new supplier with a new recipe a few years back, because damn I miss the old ones. And I assumed they pulled the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes because peanut allergies are so common, but no, they have other peanut butter baked goods now. Also when the last big round of romaine lettuce recalls hit, they discontinued every single prepared salad I liked, and introduced tons more with meat.

I'm vegetarian but also ffs salads shouldn't be half a cup of shredded lettuce and two cups of cubed meat and cheese. Fuck paleo and not-actually-ketogenic-keto diets.

Nashoba Valley Bakery's split pea guacamole sandwich.

Granted, they swapped it out for a very delicious salmon on everything bagel seasoning bread, but I do really miss that other sandwich.

There was a cereal called Nestlé Trio which was a mix of honey, caramel and vanilla flavoured crispy cereal bits. I rarely eat cereal but I've somehow been craving it but it's been discontinued for a while. I know, I know, Nestlé evil and all that, but I loved that stuff as a kid.
