If you're talking P&P adaptations, off the top of my head there's:

- A Laurence Olivier movie
- an 80s tv series
- the forever perfect 1995 tv series
- the Kiera Knightly 2006 (?) movie which is also, obviously, pretty good
- the first Bridget Jones (as you mentioned)
- Bride and Prejudice (Bollywood version, which has the best Mr Collins imho)
- aaaaand a modern Mormon version which is also weirdly pretty good.

I'm pretty sure there are a few others though. And this is also not counting Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, the Lizzie Diaries web series/ Jane Austen Book Club/ Lost in Austen and similar more transformative/expansive adaptations, and the countless movies you can say have drawn more or less heavily from P&P.

Bride and Prejudice is 100% my second fave P&P adaptation after 1995 version. I will die on this hill lol.
