It doesn't happen that often, but it has happened before, and tbh I don't like getting comments that feel like someone is doing it out of obligation. It makes me feel like I've forced someone into something they didn't enjoy, and there's not much you can say back besides "thanks!" if someone clearly forced themselves through something they didn't understand or enjoy. Which is a fine response! It's just not... fun for me.
