Eh. I think it's fine for people to reclaim that. Even if maybe some people use it as an unhealthy coping mechanism.

Sure. But the powers in part enhance the physical prowess of the person who has the powers. T'Challa was extremely physically strong even without the powers. So it would have made more sense for someone who was also physically strong to be the one given the powers. Okoye could have been given them, which would still have had it be a woman who became Black Panther but it would have made more sense.
