Good Mythical Morning did an episode where they read sexual fanfic of themselves as a game. One of the authors wasn't happy to have her fic read (at least one author was ecstatic). I find people who get mad about it hilarious. If you write porn about an actual person and post it publicly, that person has the right to do whatever they want with that porn.

Agreed. I feel this goes both ways: they can't stop you writing, and you can't stop them reading. As long as no one is doxxing authors.
