Hi. I just began taking Bactrim, so hopefully I'm recovering from dysuria. I began taking a drug for type 2 diabetes and I have to read EVERYTHING from food labels & making good, healthy choices on what to eat (something that's not easy in this household) to Googling "does Gas-X interact with Metformin". I'd appreciate commenters chiming in on their luck w/ Metformin. My A1C was 7.7 last month and my urine is almost clear...STILL. I have anemia and Vitamin D deficiency which aren't currently being treated because of the Metformin.
