If we're going by straight-up longest, then Star Trek. I watched it whenever I could while I was growing up. Starting with TNG airing through to Enterprise. I watched whatever was airing; I read all the books I could get my hands on, both factual about the show and actors and fiction (I still have an entire shelf in my home library just for ST books).

It used to be The Thing I did with my dad. We would watch Star Trek together, even if we did nothing else. I was afraid, when my mom and I finally dealt with what an abusive piece of shit he was and got a restraining order, that he would taint my love of Star Trek (he went more crazy; got arrested for violating the RO and there was a short kidnapping; the two were not related). But thankfully, I found I liked it even more once he was gone. So that's about 13 years. Enterprise couldn't hold my attention though (LOL), and I dropped out of actively watching anything ST until Lower Decks.

Longest fandom would probably be MDSZ/The Untamed at 5 years and counting continuously or Hannibal at 7 years and counting off and on at regular intervals.
