Hmm. Maybe it's because I've worked in healthcare for almost 20 years, but I thought it was common knowledge that it was extremely common.

Sex toys ending up lost inside the rectum or getting stuck in the vagina is pretty common knowledge/occurrence, but I doubt that tiny vibrators getting inside the bladder through the urethra is known by many.
