Not having seen any of them, I got the impression that Wandavision, Hawkeye and Winter Soldier & Falcon were considered to be pretty good?

I've seen only Falcon & WS and it was... not really good. The production value is very high and the acting amazing, but the writing is very off.
From my personal perspective, they fucked up the characters and the story was very stupid and shallow when it was trying to deal with themes like racism and refugees' rights. A complete mess.

I was under the impression that Wandavision, Loki, and Hawkeye were the standouts.

The Falcon & Winter Soldier was a bit of a mess because the original plot was about a pandemic and they had to hastily write it out of the show.

The only show I watched to the end was Falcon and Winter Soldier, and I thought it was pretty bad, honestly. And not just in the sense that there were some things that didn't make sense or had some rough patches or there were some things that didn't translate well the the screen. The whole thing didn't make sense. Like the other anon said, it was very shallow, clumsy and stupid in its handling of the real world issues it tried to tackle, and it fucked up most of the characters in ways that are going to be hard for future writers to fix.

It also seemed very eager to deconstruct everything good that came before it in the franchise, to the point where it felt like the writer was actively hostile towards the source material itself.

Thirded, Winter Soldier & Falcon was bad. Writing was bad, ending was bewildering and this strange buddy cop elements that looked more like queerbaiting were annoying af.
Everything I know about Wandavision makes me mildly repulsed. Never have got to Hawkeye.
Moon Knight was decent, even though I hated Layla character with passion - I am over and done of "badass" MCU female characters.
