I'm here to defend Moon Knight with all that I have, sorry OP!
it's super good in comparison to any action TV nowdays, mostly thanks to the amazing cast and nice mystery story, and it's pretty much a stand alone series without any connections to MCU. I watched it as if it was an original series and enjoyed it a lot! (can't believe I'm the only one defending it, FS I was expecting better of you smh)

idk about the others but I heard a lot of good stuff about Ms.Marvel (maaaybe would watch it eventually) and WandaVision (not a fan of these two so prob won't ever watch it). Loki has mixed responses afaik. but yeah, the rest of these are rumored to be pretty bad.
