Probably With Six You Get Eggroll by Speranza (due South), if only because I first read it when it came out. I still re-read it occasionally, or listen to the podfic; the characters are spot on and the writing is fantastic.

My most read R/F Speranza fic is Juggling Act. I don't necessarily think it's her best but it makes me laugh every goddamn time so I definitely like it the most.
