Which of your ships do you like the filthiest content for?

Which of your ships do you like the kinkiest content for? (Answer may be the same as for question one, but may also be different.)

Which of your ships are you the tamest about, smut-wise?

I never want to read smut, not even a hint of it, with Leverage. Romance and cute stuff is okay! Smut is a no go for me.

Steve/Bucky I go through phases where I will read it all, phases where all I want is the really dirty kinky fic, and phases where I want all the soft feels.

I started with Teen Wolf specifically looking for kinky smut, then veered into only wanting Derek Hale to get the nicest and softest things and being taken care of.

My very brief foray into old school Bandom was purely only for the smut.

Oh, friend.

Derek Hale deserves everything soft and nice.

Filthiest - MDZS, the canon relationship (book) is kinky as shit. A lot of porn in this fandom actually tones it DOWN.

Kinkiest - KinnPorsche, because the show is so horny there's plenty of visual inspiration (and tons of power dynamics). So much kinky porn in this fandom.

Tamest - With the caveat of "smut-wise", Hannibal. They're so sensual (as opposed to sexual) that they turned eating into a metaphor for blowjobs. 😭 Plenty of porn in this fandom, but I tend to go there for the intimacy.

Filthiest and kinkiest are both definitely Root/Shaw. So good. Like, everything about it just lined up perfectly - the fact that they're both abrasive weirdos who are only soft for each other (which is a bulletproof ship dynamic for me); the fact that they're both canonically kinky; and the fact that they're both super hot.... just absolutely perfect.

Filthiest: Sauron/Melkor, Sauron/Celebrimbor, Hux/Kylo, any ship from Legend of the Seeker, Steve/Bucky, Thor/anyone

Kinkiest: Sauron/Melkor, Hux/Kylo, Steve/Bucky,

Tamest: Galadriel/Celeborn, Han/Leia, Doctor/River, Doctor/Master (or Missy)

That's interesting about Doctor/Master bc that ship feels very non-tame to me!

I read darkfic for it. I just don't read much porn for it. I can totally see them doing the non-tame stuff, I'm just not interested in reading it most of the time.

Johnlock is definitely the one I've read the most filthy fanfic for, by virtue of the fandom being both massive and buckwild.

Starker is my horniest ship, in the sense of both the characters just being immoderately obsessed with each other and DTF at the drop of a hat. Plus Peter has superpowers, a hair-trigger, and zero refractory period, and Tony has about five lifetimes worth of sexual experience. It's a potent combination.

Kinkiest is hypothetically* Dedra Meero/Syril Karn. It's kind of hard to imagine them fucking in a way that's not kinky. Closer by NiN is on my Keero Spotify mix. Somewhat hilariously, I also headcanon them both as virgins (which isn't totally unreasonable given that the actress who plays Dedra suggested in an interview that no one has touched Dedra in years, or possibly ever, and Syril is terminally awkward, obsessed with his job, and appears to have lived with his overbearing mother in a tiny apartment until not that long before the show starts). So I headcanon them as extremely kinky with each other, but also superbly awkward virgins who are wildly out of their depth at being physically intimate with another person.

*Sadly, I have to say hypothetically because there is next to no Keero fanfic.

My tamest OTP was probably Dirk/Todd from the 2016 Netflix version of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. It was kind of difficult to imagine them getting too wild or kinky. They were adorable little dweebs and I just wanted them to look after each other and treat each other with tenderness and have a happy life together.

Sydney and Hardin from Vagrant Story are definitely the answer to both 1 and 2, hahah. I mean they're already wearing fetish gear and Sydney has prosthetic limbs and knives for fingers. Kink is baked in.

I am also down with smut for Keith/Yuri from Tiger & Bunny, but in their case it's generally like the sweetest sunshiny earnestly vanilla smut because Keith doesn't know how to be any other way, lol. (Yuri does, surely, but also since Keith is so earnest and sweet and Yuri already has massive guilt complexes, the way I write them he doesn't want to freak Keith out so goes along with it...)

I don't really seek it out, being ace in the "not interested in this unless it is plot-relevant or says something interesting about the characters, but I'll read it if so" sense, but the pairing that comes to mind that I absolutely do not want to see smut of is... well, the characters are like 13. So yeah. I once read a fic with them where they confessed their crushes on each other and then immediately headed for the bedroom and I was like WHAT EW NO THEY'RE KIDS.

This was an issue I struggled with after S1 of Stranger Things came out. Back then, I shipped Mike/Eleven (not so much in later seasons because Mike kind of sucks after S1), but I'm not going to read smut about twelve-year-old characters. I'm not even comfortable with wanting twelve-year-old characters to kiss without tongue, lol. Other people can read/write whatever they want, it's fine--I'm still not reading smut about twelve-year-olds.

Obviously you can age characters up, but I just wasn't really feeling it with ST.

Yup. While I'm aware that some of my middle school classmates WERE "experimenting" so it's not unrealistic and "omg you should never write characters that age having sex", it was definitely not something I wanted to think about even then really. :P

And in this case it just seemed OOC anyway because the boy in question is very awkward and cautious, and the girl in question seems younger because she's one of those super positive bouncy types. Both of them very protective of each other. Not that they don't deal with heavy stuff in the game, but one of the reasons I love them as a ship is because they're so darned wholesome and cute and innocent in the midst of all the mess, and it was utterly bizarre to think of them just impulsively hopping into bed with each other five minutes after a first "I love you". (They'd still be blushing and stammering and "omg really?!" and probably like "can we hold hands? in front of other people? no, no, too soon" XD)

Yeah-- I think the kids discovering first love is cute (even if s3-4 Mike REALLY sucks and it's hard to see what El OR Will still sees in him), but I can't really get invested-- even with the older teens in the first couple seasons, I could NOT get into the shipping aspect? Like they're obviously canonically sexually active but still... kids, to me? Didn't get into shipping with any of them until s4

Now, Murray and Alexei? THERE's a Stranger Things ship I could get behind. Sadly not one there's a wealth of smut for.

Going tamest-to-filthiest just because it's easier to do.

Tamest: Not *every* ship I shipped in childhood falls under here, and some ships with younger characters I'm okay with aged up smut of, like ships I was into when I was discovering sexuality, but a LOT of childhood ships would fall here. Scarecrow/Tin Man is pretty sexless to me. Most cartoon ships and some comics ships. Lumax Stranger Things. There are a lot of ships where I think 'oh yeah, that's love', but like... I don't want to imagine the sex part!

Tame-or-Filthy: In the intermediate filth zone, we've got Holmes/Watson (primarily books, but any version of them can go here)-- I will happily enjoy them having an active sex life, I will happily enjoy them being totally asexual. Various comics ships fall here, where I like them but don't necessarily need sex to be part of the dynamic. Aged up Marinette/Adrien would fall here as well, sex doesn't have to be a part of it but I'm not turned off by the idea that their adult selves would be sexual. This is where a lot of ships go that I'm less invested in but enjoy as side ships, too, and also where my Star Trek and Star Wars ships fall. Sex can be nice, but I don't miss it when it's not there. Ships that I read about but don't write tend to fall in the 'cool either way' zone.

Filthiest: Destiel-- hey, I am not ashamed to be basic. And with that one, the thing is, I honestly enjoy ace Cas! But I see him as enjoying sex with Dean for the emotional intimacy and the knowledge that it's important to Dean, and I enjoy fics where he's exploring what sex means for him as a not-inherently-sexual being. Steddie... like, I don't NEED a fic to be about sex, BUT, I also want fics that are absolutely steeped in it. WISH there was more filth for my rarepairs because most of those I absolutely want smut for and I tend to be one of maybe two people to write it.

Kinkiest: If they're not tame then they are probably kinky to me, and I also just really enjoy ace characters engaging in nonsexual kink. Like... Crowley/Aziraphale doesn't need to have sex but I feel like they would stumble into inventing a kink just to have the intimacy of sex without making the effort to be physically capable of sex?

All of my ships can be tame and filthy/kinky. More fun, more types of fic!
