Interesting to think about who they're made for and what they represent, though... They're not jerkoff fodder; they're too coy, too well-made and not disposable enough for that. They're liked, as you can see on this thread, by people who aren't sexually interested in women. I don't know if men are even a bigger audience for this stuff than women are. If they're bought and treasured by women with no sexual interest in women, how is that dehumanising?

They're works of art. I think that nudity can be beautiful, not necessarily sexual--there's a fine line between the human form shown in its natural beauty and the human body being exploited for its sexual allure. Too often people aren't able to really see the difference.

People these days will get off on even the most innocent things, so it's ignorant to assume that anything that represents the female body with a bit of nudity is meant to be some accessory for masturbation.

Yes, men in Japan (or anywhere else these can be purchased) might jerk off to these statues. But that doesn't indicate that they're solely intended for that purpose. Would we then be able to place your stigma on the many beautifully photographed, but sometimes racy, perfume or lingerie ads? Are they representative of rape because men might masturbate to them? I don't think so.
