Prefixing your AO3 fic with "End Racism in the OTW" is probably one of the best ways to keep me from reading your story. I admit I'm an out-of-touch ignorant fuck and don't know what's going on, and I'm sure it's all well-intentioned... but honestly, wtf? I'm not sure that's even a remotely effective way of addressing a problem you have identified.

Here's the tea: They want AO3 to remove works they consider racist. They have no solutions on how to define what can be considered racist, on how to moderate reports of racist content or how such reports can be abused, on how to use tags (such as "period typical racism"). They're basically idiots who don't understand how censorship works.
