When Love At First Bite was adapted to VHS, they didn't have the rights to the song that played in the big, romantic dance scene. They substituted a different song - without changing the credits.

The famous song, I Love The Nightlife, leaves me feeling nothing. I wish I knew what the other one is called, and who wrote it or sang it, but previous searches have gotten me nowhere.

S!B the fandom made such a ruckus about the Alicia Bridges song being superior in every way that the later release of the movie on Blu-Ray has it restored.

I'd ask if I submitted this in my sleep but I actually say this out loud all the time. It happens SO much in SPN and Stranger Things, and it takes me RIGHT out when Dean Winchester or Steve Harrington says 'I've not' instead of 'I haven't', but it also makes me SO ANGRY that like... you're not even listening to the dialogue of the show you're writing fanfic?? or you would KNOW they don't talk like this???

I asked about pride flags on Hoyolab which is a Genshin site for all ages. The straight flag VS the straight Ally as I haven't seen either before. Got overdramartic and agressive replies about murder, torture and many *****s. Hoyolab censors some words. It was really unpleasant. I made myself sound young and used a fake age to nope out of that thread and to basically say that kids shouldn't read about all the ****s there. This got me thinking that maybe this's what young fandom is and I, an oldish fan, should abide by the rules and not 'defend' kids and becom morality police.

NA - I get being taken out of the fic by it, but being angry about it seems kind of weird and entitled, especially considering how prevalent unchecked Americanisms are in non-US-centric fandoms.

You are literally making things up. I was there, no Sheith shippers were happy about Adam. The only person happy was me, because Adam was a flat character who had amassed an army of rabid fans for simply existing (before he was killed) just because some people didn't like how he got mad at Shiro for putting himself in danger in his one scene, and other fans swarmed to overcompensate about how he was totally right and an AWESOME character.

One character who happens to be gay being part of a casualty that killed thousands of people, when the real gay representation (Shiro) was still alive and a major character isn't even bury your gays. Something you enjoyed probably had a gay character who died at some point, and you were fine with it. Youre manufacturing your outrage because you hate the Voltron fandom and want to pretend Sheith shippers are awful for cheering about it,which they didn't even do.

Permanent destructive bitey rage toddler complete with little hands for extra fucked up mischief, illegal to own where native, not sure of legality elsewhere. Most common non-airborne rabies vector (I think?) in native range.

Most importantly--not domesticated. Will be small, cute, and inquisitive until it hits raccoon puberty and then still expect humans to feed it but also attack them (and small domestic animals) and generally behave like a wild animal in bad ways but with less fear of humans.

Also will kill smaller animals to eat including birds and other mammals. May kill beyond its dietary needs ie for fun.

I'm a She-Ra fan, and the harassment was bad, but you are a liar. It happened because one of the staff was an anti and Sheith fans found this out because they were also a Klance shipper. It wasn't because She-Ra had queer characters. Fuck all the way off with that slander.

Speaking of toxic shippers and character stans and persecution complexes, the She-Ra fandom gives Voltron a hell of a run for its money, so it's rich of you to be one to talk about their behavior

I might be fooling myself, but I think there are some secrets people would be surprised to know I made. I'm kind of shallowly into a lot of different things, not super deep into any one fandom, and I make a secret whenever the mood strikes, which is usually every 3 or 4 months. Been around since 2011,tho!!

Almost everyone here: both sides were awful but I hate x shippers more for whatever reason.

Obvious Sheith fans: no, everyone is lying, Sheith fans never did anything they’re wrong, blah, blah, blah, the klance fans are the bad guys!!!

Even if I wasn’t there to witness the Sheith fuckery, their behavior here would lead me to think they were awful. It’s always the fandoms who insist they did nothing wrong who are the worst imo.

Well-developed?? Both of those romances were bait and switches put there to make the audience upset. "Oh woe is me, my new boyfriend is evil!" "Oh woe is me, I just got a wonderful boyfriend and now I have to LITERALLY DIE!" "Oh woe is me, the girl I was in love with the whole time finally loved me back and now she's dead!" Both in the span of a couple episodes. Voltron is not about romance. Voltron mocks people who like romance.

Nobody's saying Sheith fans did nothing wrong. It is a lie that they weren't as bad as Klance shippers, and we say it because it's true. Sometimes people lash out and say things angrily because they're true and people who weren't there don't believe them. Shocking, huh? The way this community insists on going "both sides" about everything, including fucking ANTIS, is very troubling.

Saying one group is worse doesn't imply in any way that the other group did nothing wrong. Nor does it mean everyone from the generally worse group was an asshole. Klancers were worse as a whole based on the vile shit they pulled. But a lot of the hate the Klancers got from the Sheithers was entirely brought onto themselves by being hateful dicks first.
