And, as you can imagine, most people take actual years to really get that if the sentence starts with "have you watched ..." the answer is probably "no."

Unfortunately, yeah, some people do take awhile to figure that out. I have someone who asked if I’ve seen the latest episode of a show every week, even though the answer was always “no” before.
