I'm confident enough in my own perspective that I simply don't feel threatened if someone chooses not to add "in my opinion." I did notice you're not using those phrases in articulating your own opinions on how people should speak. If you're comfortable with wording your opinions as fact, then why should the OP reword their secret to please you?
