Bisexuality is a thing. Also, someone who is bisexual doesn't have the obligation to find everyone attractive to an equal degree. Just because he isn't into two guys who flirt with him unprompted doesn't mean he can't be attracted/interested in another guy, especially one he has an emotional connection and a long history/friendship with.

Also... you whole thing about Miles being such an autistic aroace is cringy as hell. Sure, you can headcanon that all you like but that doesn't mean it actually is canon in any way. He mainly is (canonically) a deeply traumatized character who grew up in an immensely emotionally abusive household for most of his life - his adoptive father murdered his real dad, for crying out loud. Colour me shocked that he has issues expressing his emotions and opening up to people.
So ship them, don't ship them, I don't care. But your points are really... not convincing in the least.
