I like Thafnine's videos on video game histories/deep-dives along with his sense of humor.

JunsKitchen is really relaxing to see him cook and show his cats (also the side channels with his wife Rachel are nice too; but I'm pretty much there for the cats - especially Poki's meowing XD)

Girl With the Dog is another favorite because I like watching cats and dogs get cleaned while she actually actively tries to take the animal's comfort into account while also talking a lot about information on breeds and pet related things (I really like that she firmly states the pros and cons to each breed).

Laby does anime edits to shows that I have zero intention to watch because her shortened version is better.
