I always think it is odd that Red Dwarf had Lister as the lead, but all the best episodes were about Rimmer's twisted psyche. Good work for Chris Barrie in making him just so fascinating, not to mention oddly pitiable, in his neurosis.

I noticed Americans usually think of Lister as the main guy in Red Dwarf but Brits usually thought of Rimmer as the main guy (until he left, anyway)
