Ah yes, the old "Book burning/destruction is bad, but not when I do it because the author is bad!!!" tactic.

(not saying your hatred of JKR is unfounded, because I totally agree that TERFS need to have their lips permanently sewn together, but this is laughable considering that your destruction of HP books is just, as another anon said, making it harder for people to buy them secondhand without giving JKR more money.)

Most people who preach against book burning and banning mean it in regards to laws, books banned by school boards, and libraries refusing to carry certain books. Nobody gives a shit if some rando wants to burn a book in their yard, other than finding it distasteful.
