People don't talk about the fact that it's obvious they canned Batgirl because it followed a previous rewrite of the Flash where Keaton's Batman stuck around. Batgirl featured Keaton heavily. Then the Flash was rewritten again to have George Clooney's Batman be the one to stay. So Batgirl no longer made sense in the post-Flash continuity.
