??? They're not female only. It's mentioned that they don't have genders and the pronoun thing is to keep people from referring them as 'it.'

Also, almost all of them are super nice and friendly, so what are you even talking about with the using autistic/ADD/etc. as an excuse to be rude crap? Even if some of them are a little different, aren't they like an alien species who have only existed for only 500 years in Teyvat? Of course, some of them are going to be a little weird--they're not human and they don't have the same senses as humans. What would be the point of creating an alien species and having them act no differently from a regular human and have no problems interacting with them?

Lastly, Sigewinne hasn't released yet so there may be an explanation for why she looks like that in her character stories. The current theory is that she was born where the most humans have died within Elynas and is thus a mix of human blood + Elynas's flesh.
