What are some of your favorite villains that are just straight up evil and aren't remotely sympathetic at all?

Alexander Pierce, from Captain America: The Winter Solider. He's basically the conservative politicians we have today, but smarter. Absolutely evil and terrifying. I love him as a villain.

The Governor from The Walking Dead was fantastic. By far the best villain they ever had on the show.

I also really loved Frieze from DBZ as a kid. He was such a fucker.
