Many wealthy celebrities have done the adopting thing and it has not generally worked out particularly well for the kids.

Any reason you went with the singular and not plural form (paparazzo versus paparazzi)?

Many wealthy celebrities have birthed kids and it hasn't worked out well for the kids. I think that all has more to do with parenting (or lack of) than how you form your family.
