What is everyone doing this weekend?

It is going to be raining all weekend, so I am looking forward to staying in. Going to finish the last arm for my crochet bear. Then my sister, BIL, and I will having some drinks (or smokes) and playing Phasmophobia and Lethal Company. We are terrible at both but practice makes perfect.

Sounds like a good time! Wishing I had friends or relatives to do drinks/smokes/video games with.

I’m going to meet my parents in the city. Looking forward to some good Chinese food and hopefully interesting art exhibits.

We've tried expanding our group to more people but it never works out. Either they don't show up or don't gel with us.

Tomorrow is spa day. massage, mani/pedi, and getting hair done. Sunday is for resting and laundry.

That sounds nice!

At least it's not stock-take this weekend at least and I've got 4 days off after.

There are so many pros and cons of having your weekend on week days. You can actually get things done (like appointments) but no one is available for fun.

Yeah there are some downsides, but I am also such a loner that I don't mind, my best friend works from home so I can bother her anytime on discord so long as she isn't in a meeting. I'm mostly just looking forward to some time to myself to sort some things in the house and grab some bits and pieces I need to organise the kitchen.

Just about to leave for my massage therapy appointment, so I'll be recovering from that over the weekend. I've been meaning to start Yuri on Ice, so maybe I'll finally get to that while I'm stuck in bed.

I watched YOI recently! It was a very quick watch. Hope you enjoy it while recovering.

I’m making a quilt for the first time ever for my dad’s 85th birthday next week. I’m making it on my embroidery machine so it isn’t quite the “holy shit are you crazy?!!!?” scenario it sounds like, but it is going to be intense.

That sounds fun. I've always wanted to get a sewing machine and give it a try. But I don't have room for another hobby.

Probably will work a couple of hours, meh. The only good thing about it is possible overtime. After that, probably house chores and/or grocery shopping, and maybe a little gaming. Maybe I'll be brave enough to join a Valheim group this time.

I hope the work isn't too terrible and that you can gather the courage to join a group. I still have not been able to do that for Deeprock Galactic.

Dog sitting! The dog is only 1yr so can't really be left alone much so I am planning lots of walks mixed with lots of chill reading time.

Probably going to do some work today, I've ditched enough this week. (I am unemployed freelancer right now. Also I need to do million of test tasks for job interviews argh).
Also I need to deal with bureaucratic stuff. Everything is closed but at least I need to start on paperwork.

Also going with my friend on a small trip to neighbor town. They have awesome gallery.

That sounds like a busy weekend. But the art gallery should be a fun break!

Probably spend ten thousand years repeating Friday over and over again.

I kid, I kid, but I've got no real plans. Just bumming around home, maybe I'll have one of my favorite meals and watch a movie.
