Urgh, yes. EVERY woman that gets pregnant has to have some kind of drama, either almost losing it, or almost dying, or it's a preemie, or SOMETHING. Never just a healthy, easy pregnancy like a lot of women ACTUALLY HAVE.

It's like they can't conceive of anything else to write about; without those hackneyed plot points, there wouldn't even be a show.
