Not op but I would die if joy if someone made a Robin Hood film based on Pyle's version. I LOVED that book as a kid. I would also die if joy if someone made a movie based on any part of Monmouth's Historia. That book is a RIDE

I also read Pyle's version in primary school and I had so much trouble remembering who wrote it! thanks for giving me a name to look up, anon
