Every actor you fancast for a role is probably ten years too old for it. Especially if that role is James Bond (I now fully expected FSers to respond by posting child actors at this point, just to be contrary, but the point stands regardless).

Most fancasts I've found are either annoyingly typecast or just plain wrong.

Personally, I see fancast more like a "what if" thing as in "these actors would have been perfect for these roles at this point in their career/when they were still alive".
Which is why my fancast for Sandman's Morpheus has always been and will always be a younger to middle aged David Bowie.
