ok, so here's a list of the games that SweetBaby helped with as a consultant on Steam. It's a famous list that started the drama.

The Black rocks is connected to all these consultant companies as they invest in the games developers that use their services. Because it proves that the games are socially progressive. So SweetBaby has a lot of power over the games plot and art. The CEO of this company looks like the games characters. OP wants to have this power too.

Right but like. Here's the thing. I have not waded into the details of this drama. But I do know as a piece of background information that gamers are wildly sexist bigoted assholes who constantly object to the presence of women or minorities in their video games.

So when people start coming up with lists where some evil consultant made all the games have diversity in them, my first assumption is that this is gamers doing their gamer thing and being a bunch of bigoted delusional assholes and inventing bizarre conspiracy theories to explain why games are allowed to have women characters that don't have giant tits. I don't take it seriously. I assume it's not founded in anything. So I'm not going to be conversant with the details but I am going to assume that the whole concept is just total bullshit. I am going to assume that there is not a real problem here, and to the extent that you and OP seem to share the belief that there is a real problem here, I'm going to be skeptical.

FWIW the same is generally true with theories about Blackrock, because a lot of people seem to completely not understand what Blackrock actually does, but that's not so much the issue here.

I don't really know anything about Sweetbaby, who they are, or what they do. What I know is that there are some kind of game development consultant, and that gamers have a whole lot of really involved reasons for hating them, and that those reasons are probably total insane bullshit.
