I'm glad I have a discord comm for one fandom where we can hype each other up and talk about fics together, because it can get real lonely out there! Whenever I write fic for a fandom I don't have friends in, I'm sending it out kind of expecting no engagement.

I do comment when I can find fics for my smaller fandoms and rarepairs but there's not always a way to like... befriend those people and keep up with them, like there would have been back in the lj days.
