I've been on Neocities for a few months now and It's incredibly fun!
I'm now way less excited of exploring other websites (after a while it gets a little boring because a lot are very similar to each other), but way more excited of writing my own stuff. I'm a visual artist so I'm one of those users that post sketches/drawings and doing so in my personal website is waaaay better than on any other social network, even if I don't have any engagement metrics (I deactivated my profile where Neocities people can comment because that was too overwhelming for me. I don't do well on social networks).
