8. That has got to be the worst feeling in the world, and I totally understand it. I guess I'm kind of going through the same thing right now, so I can relate more than you know.

And it's really stupid. I mean I always joke around and say fandom is serious business, or fandom is everything, but honestly? You can't just drop people and move onto someone else just because you're fangirling over something new, especially if you know someone is really attached to you.

I read three things from this secret, as vague as it might be.

a.) The secret-maker is refering to the stereotype more than the actual thing.
b.) The secret-maker may like the fantasy/romanticized stuff, but when it comes to the real deal, he/she might not like it or it may freak them out.
or
c.) The secret-maker may just very well be in it for the popularity votes.

Actually, all you should do is respect someone's right to hold an opinion. If the content of said opinion is stupid, you have the right of response to say "Hey, you're a fucking moron!" as many people have aptly demonstrated. Someone saying "Take this secret down, track the IP of the writer and cut off their typing fingers," would be crossing a line, but just as they have a right to be an idiot, we have a right to call them an idiot.

4. Maybe I'm weird, but how can you write slash and hate gay people?? That seems to be a bit of a contradiction. Maybe it was worded badly, because I get annoyed with plenty of gay people at my school because they act so damn annoying(FYI- I'm a bisexual male, who loves yaoi).
