I completely agree. I just can't stand it when lolbeinggay is used as some sort of attention whoring device.

It's not like I hate 'gays' (in the omgumustdie kinda way) but more of the whole 'lollookatmeimgayandsofemmylolz' thing that's annoying.

Then again, I don't read/watch real gay pr0ns either. I'll take my fantasies like clean and pretty fantasies thank you. ♥

Yeah...exactly. I mean, I can't hate anyone...I don't think I have the bones in my body...but its that attitude that just really gets to me.

Hating is a waste of energy. And it's not even that you HATE it, like-- I have a teacher who's admittedly, the strangest I've seen because I've never BEEN EXPOSED to people like this before. It's never been open where I've lived but she ( it's a man but he prefers being called 'she') is one of the most sweetest people I've seen and met. And even more amusingly, she has a girlfriend who's, in the social sense, 'normal' by whatever standards you'd like to give them.

It's when people USE that sort of attitude (the whole 180 flamboyance and being what they're not) for a bad reason (attention whoring) that it becomes a wtf scenario.

Yes, exactly! I don't even want to tell you about the "Pride Alliance" at my University, where you have to dress in Drag to 'fit in', which I think defeats the entire purpose of having an alliance to be proud of yourself...
