Have you ever tried the exercises that are supposed to kick your body out of the flight/fight response (aka what a panic attack is)? I never have, my go to is breathing exercises but I keep seeing them reccomended and wondering how they worked for people.

I have not heard of these, and now I'm going to hunt for them. I usually can handle my panic attacks when they happen. But I currently get multiple bad ones during a migraine aura and even into a migraine. And those ones really get to me.
