Would you make an effort to NOT do this legit complaining in front of a camera crew while filming an interview you know will be broadcast on international platforms? Would you try not to do this legit complaining in front of people you KNEW had to do even more annoying tasks than you do, for far less money? I think that's the point OP is trying to make, not that complaining at all is verboten.
