Oz was an amazing show and fandom! The fandom had a revival at one point and now I’m curious if there were any more. I loved all the dark and problematic fic for that show!

The problem is it was so long ago that much of it didn't get archived for posterity.

True for the original stuff but a lot did make it over to AO3. And the revival I witnessed on LJ mostly got cross posted there. I just checked and there are 1840 fics, three of which were posted this month.

I loved all the dark fic too. It was a hell of a first fandom, and I loved it so much (ahhhh, listserv days!)
