What new habits are you trying to install?

I eat too fast and sometimes get terrible stomach aches from swallowing too much air (I think). Been trying to eat slower with smaller bites. So hard to remember to do, lol.

No screens before bedtime. I’m finding it very difficult to stick to. Plus I’m used to falling asleep with my TV on.

Going to bed on time so I can actually get 8-9 hours of sleep but that only works when I'm on vacation =[

No cigarettes until lunch time (used to be a pack a day smoker, smoke a few cigs a day now). I've been able to keep it up for a month and a half.
