I generally am always baffled about people who are clearly antis who are also into certain fandoms that should logically be on their shit list. Like, I've seen people throwing tantrums about ~problematic~ ships in Genshin Impact (the problematic ships in question being non-blood related pseudo incest or age differences/"minor coded" characters in ships) while at the same time having icons of 2ha characters. Like, the fuck?

2ha is so problematic that I dropped it. Idk who's the minor, I'm guessing Collei. The pseudo incest wank is very entertaining, especially with Tignari/Cyno introduction.

Oh just about any of the mid-size character models has been assumed to be "actual literal minors" by antis by now. And the pseudo incest is also ridiculously common, be it Kaeya/Diluc, Tighnari/Cyno, Zhongli/Xiao... the list goes on. It's hilarious and pointless. And the funny thing is that 2ha has all those topics (pseudo-incest, age gaps etc.) in abundance and revels in it so I always have to wonder if they just found a random picture they liked and use as their profile pic or if they're seriously dumb hyporites.

da but people getting up in arms over non-blood-related pseudo incest has always been weird to me because almost every time I've seen that happen it's been in a canon where it's pretty clear in canon itself that the characters don't think of each other as siblings in any way, it's the fandom that's projecting "these characters grew up together/knowing each other so they MUST think of each other as family!" onto them. It's like they can't comprehend that people can know each other since childhood or even live under the same roof without automatically inserting a family dynamic into the relationship.

It's especially funny in Genshin because different translations give diff meanings. So Diluc and Kaeya are brothers in English only, out of all 10+ languages.

The English translation team does a pretty bad job in various areas (especially when it comes to stuff like this) that some people have speculated if there are actual antis on the TL team lol
