I think Alastor was short when he was a human instead of the super tall body he has now.

hear me out! if I had a magical ability to contort my spine and shape shift my body, the first thing I would do is make myself taller! and that's why he gives Lucifer such shit for being short, because he's like "you could FIX this for yourself you dolt!"

I don't know I just think Alastor is adorable and would be even cuter if he were smol.
