Honestly my favorite thing is tropes that tend to be specific to one sex or gender switched up.

Sex-positive, player female characters where it isn't just in a male-gaze way.

I love the action woman and smart/nerdy man dynamic. But again, not in a male-gaze way. Just, she's the one whose the physically strong one, the one who rescues him, he's the book-smart one.
