Ofc, so sorry you went through that and happy to hear you're not living with that person anymore. Getting away from the situation and admitting it happened to myself were the most important things in my healing process, so I think you are well on your way. Wishing you luck with being able to find IRL support too.

Admitting it to yourself really is the highest hurdle sometimes. Took me a long time to get past the "I was never raped, so it wasn't really sexual abuse" barrier in my brain. (Didn't help that I was dealing with someone whose favorite tactic was "does thing with blatantly sexual overtones, then gets all mad and acts like you're the weird one for treating it as a sexual violation.") It sounds like you're doing better nowadays, yourself? It sucks that these things have to happen to anyone, but I hope you're doing all right.
