Agreed. I was the anon who complained about the same thing in the GC recently. I just much preferred the more anonymous approach. It's nice that this is apparently working for them so far but I don't enjoy watching the videos as much anymore. (Also, I loved the bentos and since her husband doesn't work anymore, they're mostly gone as well.)

I miss the bento videos as well. I mean, I like seeing the regular meals, etc. but the mix of both was nice. This seems like a petty complaint, but... it really felt like when you couldn't see her face, the tone of the videos was... funnier? More cheerful? Because the captions were often humorous, but now that you can see her face, she's got a very super serious expression all the time.
