NAYRT - Pretty sure none of Novik's stuff is fanfic with the serial numbers filed off. Though I do think some of it is heavily inspired by her preferred take on a particular canon/ship. Like how the Scholomance series is pretty obviously inspired, at least in part, by Drarry (once you know how she likes to write her Drarry), but it's also definitely original fiction.
