What merch do you wish existed?

Hard agree about understating and having more variety of clothing types. I bought a Cameo way back when just to start making my own fannish clothing and later learned machine embroidery. Now I’m learning how to make my own machine embroidery designs because I usually can’t find exactly what I want. But it would be so much easier (and cheaper) to just buy official merch.

Skirts and dresses, especially understated ones. Jeans. Shoes (although this is finally a thing thankfully, but I’d like something more than Chucks or Vans). Nice jackets.

Mostly I wish merch clothing were made with quality materials. Those hideous Next Level T-shirts cost 4¢ for a reason.

More Tolkien-themed jewelry that wasn't the One Ring or Arwen's necklace.

More merch in general for book fandoms. It is much harder to find book stuff than tv, movie, or game stuff.

More t-shirts for plus-sized women. I usually have to get regular t-shirts that aren't really for my body shape because the women's shirts are usually tiny even with the largest size.

*nods* I understand, that's how I feel about tank tops. The necklines of most fandom t-shirts tend to be much too high for my comfort (I cannot STAND to have stuff rub up against my neck, because autism lol), and anyway, here in Florida tank tops are generally more practical than anything with sleeves.

fantasies aren't weird. Mine usually involve being in my fandom's world rather than about the actors, but I totally get why this would be a nice fantasy.

Jacksfilms tried this several years ago with his line of Klondike merch. It actually looked pretty nifty, but it didn't sell (and likely cost more than typical merch shirts). I regret not buying it, but I didn't find out about it until a few months after the fact.
